Who can participate: The Kedarkantha Trekking has a 9-year-old age restriction. Minors aged 9 to 17 must be accompanied by their parents or guardians. If you are above 60, please provide a doctor's note stating that you are fit for adventurous activities such as trekking.
Dehradun to Sankri- Himalayan Paradise Route.
Drive time: 6-7 hours; Height: 1950 metres; Distance Travelled: 187 km.

People who have health issues precisely with their hearts, lungs, or blood pressure shouldn't go on the trek before properly contacting a doctor.
If you plan to go by Palki, Kandi, or Ponies, be sure to make a reservation in advance at the Gaurikund/Sonprayag booking counter.
Remember that you can only hike between 4 AM and 1.30 PM, beyond which time pilgrims are not permitted to go to Kedarkantha.
If you cannot complete the trip by late evening, you can take Palki or Ponies to your destination. You can also just stay at the campgrounds at Jungle Chatti, Bheem Bali, and Linchauli for the night and resume your journey the following morning.
