Carry multiple layers of clothing during the trek. Temperatures are generally low in the Kasol-Chalal region. Multiple layers would allow you to keep warm and also trek comfortably in the cold.

Carry all essential medication as well as medicine for vertigo, headaches and blood pressure.
Wear comfortable shoes while trekking, preferable hiking boots or covered sneakers
